Cancellation windows

Free cancellation is available up to a specified number of days before arrival; cancellations after that window may incur a charge of one or more nights. The exact window is shown at the time of booking.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within a standard banking timeframe.

No-shows

Failure to arrive without prior notice may be charged in full as per the booked rate.
